The Rt. Honourable Denzil Douglas Attends 51st Meeting of the Community Council

Basseterre, 24th May, 2023 – The Rt. Honourable Dr. Denzil Douglas, Minister of Foreign Affairs et al represents Saint Kitts and Nevis at the 51st Meeting of the Community Council of Ministers of CARICOM.

The Community Council of Ministers meets today to discuss plans for the Forty-Fifth Regular Meeting of the Conference of Heads of Government, scheduled to be held in Trinidad and Tobago; CARICOM’s 50th Anniversary Celebrations and other pressing issues of the region.

Saint Kitts and Nevis’ participation at these regional meetings allow for the national interest to be shared and regional positions to be developed on matters of regional interest.
